I received a great haircut and wonderful consultation on what would improve my hairs appearance and how to keep it healthy. My grand daughters love going here and now it will be my hair home too!Cassandra was so helpful!

After losing my hair and starting the growing back stage, it was time for a clean up. I had heard good things about Luster and thought, okay lets get this process started. Now after two visits, I am very pleased with both experiences and feel so comfortable with Cassandra taking care of my hair through this journey. Very knowledgeable, honest and encouraging. Highly recommend her along with the salon, which is intimate and quaint. There are nice little work tables available for when your color is processing. Feels much different than the places I have gone in the past. Thank you Cassandra.

Cassandra is absolutely amazing! I'm a bride getting married this month, and while I was nervous about doing a full cut and color, Cassandra perfectly saw the vision I was aiming for! The cut is honestly just what I had been wanting, and definitely one of the best cuts I've ever gotten that brought a genuine and sincere smile even days after I left the salon. Even when the color I originally left with was a little lighter than I intended, TELL ME WHY IT WAS STILL SUCH A GORGEOUS COLOR?!?! But Cassandra offered for me to come back another day to go a bit darker if I wanted to, which was so incredibly kind, and now I have the perfect hair for the wedding day!Not only this, but Cassandra is so incredibly knowledgeable- she acknowledges your own personal routine and will give clear direction and advice for care afterwards, and ensures that the style you leave with is one that can be maintained by your lifestyle. On top of this, she gave great product feedback for care at various retailers based on what I frequent. So amazing, my fianc also got his hair cut by her and left with a positive experience overall!
