Your technician came in, butchered my ceiling with a massive hole , ruled out pipe leak and asked me to get a hvac tech. I did and we learned it was a pipe leak and not hvac. I brought a new plumber and he spotted the leak with a camera. This shows your team was so inexperienced and it is sad that you all left a massive hole in my ceiling. I am very disappointed and all your technician needed is an instant payment for his time and I paid.
