- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wallpaper installation starts at $4/sq ft for smooth, prepared walls. If wall preparation is needed (patching, sanding, priming), the price starts at $8/sq ft. Final pricing depends on: Wall condition (smooth or textured) Project size (larger projects may offer better rates) Wallpaper type (peel-and-stick, vinyl, non-woven, etc.) Installation complexity (detailed cuts, corners, plumbing, etc.) Minimum project charge is $400.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact We respond quickly and ask a few key questions to understand your project. 2. Project Evaluation To give you an accurate estimate, we kindly ask you to send: Photos of the wall(s) Wall condition (smooth or textured) Approximate square footage A link or name of the wallpaper you'd like to use 3. Free Consultation or Site Visit If needed, we can schedule a free in-person visit for more complex projects. 4. Quote and Scheduling We provide a detailed quote and work with your schedule to book the installation. 5. Installation Day Our team arrives on time, prepares the space with care, and completes the job professionally. We clean up after ourselves and offer a workmanship guarantee.

We have been working in wallpaper installation since 2008, with extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects in Europe. This background gave us strong skills in precision work, working with various wallpaper types, and delivering high-end finishes. Our training includes hands-on experience with European techniques and materials, which we now apply to every project here in the U.S.
