- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give you a clear price before any work starts, based on a quick look at photos or an in-person estimate -- no surprise fees. Larger jobs get a flat price; unpredictable or larger-scope work is billed hourly, which we'll explain upfront. Interior painting gets the same treatment: a straight price before we pick up a brush or sprayer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with photos or a quick in-person look at the damage or scope, give you a straight price, and schedule a time that works for you. We show up when we say we will, do the work, and match the existing texture so the repair disappears.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chad has spent 15+ years hands-on in residential drywall -- hanging, taping, floating, and texture-matching -- across the Austin area. We also bring our own sprayers and interior painting skillset, so the same team that gets your walls paint-ready can finish the job with a clean paint job.
