I would highly recommend Luis for your handyman needs. My tenants reported an issue with the kitchen sink cabinet where increased moisture was causing mold to grow. Luis came in and quickly identified the issue: the sink was leaking and not secure. He clearly provided his findings and his solution, then went to work. He cleaned up the mold, removed the water, reinstalled the sink and added extra supports and caulking to keep water out. He even fixed the cabinet doors that were warped from the moisture. 10/10 will use Luis again!
