- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can do the quote for the project, if we have all the data needed or it's just a simple task. And we can do the estimate first that will change at the final price, when something needs to be added or removed. Sometimes we charge hourly when the work consists of varied tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you know what you need, we just come and do it :) If you want need help with designing a system, selecting equipment, understanding various processes, call us, we will give you the information in the simplest possible form. Then we approve the cost of the work and will complete it on time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Andrii Korostin, i am the owner of SmartNova LLC. I got my mechanical engineer degree in Ukraine, in 2004. I have a lot of experience in installing AV systems and Home Security systems. My passion is Home Theater systems and modern technologies for Home Video, Audio and Automation. I really like high-quality home equipment and I love to create useful systems for life and entertainment. And I started my company here in Austin to help you create safe and comfortable home.
