Until you understand the space, what your lifestyle is, what you want to accomplish with the flooring and many other factors, it is not possible to provide any type of estimate that is meaningful. Our approach is very simple. We provide a free, no obligation, in home consultation, and then when all the right questions have been resolved, we provide you a no surprises estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free, no obligation, in home consultation. Our process is simple, we set an appointment and then we show up on time in our mobile showroom that has over 4,000 samples. We work with you to understand your lifestyle, your decorating taste, and all the factors that will allow you to get the perfect floor for your family. The our real kicks in to the process. We will bring professionals into install your floors, project manage the entire process, and insure that you are delighted by your new spectacular floors.
