- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we determine the cost of your flooring project, we will have an initial Over-the-Phone Consultation to discuss and understand your project. Once you determine that we may be a fit for your project, we will schedule an on-site appointment for measurements. Typical turnaround time for estimates after on-site appointment is 24hrs. From the time you meet with one of us till the end of your home improvement journey, your entire project will be managed from the same respective individual. This provides a deep understanding in your personal interests, clear vision of your ideal style, and a long-lasting relationship which may last you a lifetime; we always strive to do so
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Assuming you have already met the provider in person at least once, done your prior research on them, compared your total cost, weighed the pros and cons, and are in the finalizing stage of choosing between different flooring providers: Trust Your Instinct.
