Terrible experience. What was supposed to be a 1 day project took several months. James and his team damaged kitchen cabinets during install and hung them anyway without being upfront of the damages to a customer paying $500 for each cabinet. Cabinets were not installed evenly and left misaligned. James and his team continued to deliver sloppy, unskilled, and rushed jobs. Did not read instructions for vinyl floor install and damaged pieces during the install. James and his team could not lock vinyl pieces in place nor properly level the floor prior to install. Floor was left uneven with shifting vinyl that clicked and popped when walked on. Continually left area dirty with fingerprints and dust everywhere. Never arrived prepared with the appropriate tools and materials. Damaged all of the baseboard and did not fix. They were asked to fix the baseboard they damaged before quarter round install and was ignored. Attempted to install damaged quarter round after we confirmed new quarter round would be installed due to the poor condition of the existing one. Unable to make clean cuts on vinyl, only jagged and uneven. James and his team left me to clean, repair and pack 10+ 58lb vinyl boxes and underlayment after I just had a breast cancer surgery revision. Wouldn’t recommend. Waste of time, money, and energy. James and his team have caused me to spend more time and money fixing the problems they caused. Took complete payment and left incomplete, improper work. Unresponsive to scheduling to fix their errors.

Needed to have a patch of carpet replaced along with padding. J&M did a great job and they were super easy to work with. Communication was great and made sure I was happy with the job they did. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future!
