Of four proposals to remove carpet and install laminate flooring in four rooms of my house, Eric's was the most complete with the best price. He had done his homework, and explained to me completely what he would do and what I could expect. He had already checked the lead time of the flooring I wanted before coming to review the job. Eric placed the order for the flooring the same day he got the job and started work the same day my flooring arrived. They worked continuously until the job was complete - 2 1/2 days, no punchlists, no follow-up work required. We are very pleased with Eric's work and the end result. It's good to know I will only need to make one call when I do my other rooms!

We hired Eric's company to lay tile in our tea room, replace tiles damaged during our remodel, and to do our kitchen back splash which included 2 murals. When I contacted Eric, he was prompt in doing an assessment and an estimate. Eric is a very nice, friendly and knowledgeable man. He sent out Jefferson to do the install of the tea room floor. Jefferson was fabulous. His work was perfect, efficient and he took great pride in his work and was incredibly careful with our home and it's contents. A month or so later Jefferson came out to fix the tiles broken in the remodel and the murals. I was a Nervous Nelly about the murals and the back splash that would surround it. Jefferson was so helpful in deciding the best way to do the project and it was perfection and so beautiful. The last thing to be done was the carpet being tacked down between the tea room and the dining room. Eric did the work himself. He was very careful and made it look so nice. As he was finishing, my husband came home with groceries and Eric went out to help bring them in. It was so thoughtful. I can't say enough good things about Eric, his crew and the company. If you don't hire them, you'll wish you had. They're the best.

Converted garage, remove carpet and install vinyl tile. Eric is very personable and professional, gave a realistic estimate with no surprises at the end of the job. The man he sent to do the job took a great deal of pride and ownership in his work and I'm very pleased with it!

First things first - about ME: You can read about Eric in the other 72 reviews. I am very demanding and hard to deal with - especially when it comes to money and contractors. That being said, Eric by FAR exceeded my expectations when it came to our wood floors.
1) Great communication - From the beginning, Eric reached out to me, and followed up "properly" not too much and not too little. He works at all hours of the day, and (almost) always takes calls.
2) When it comes to numbers, he explained everything both verbally and in writing. When differences came up, we were able to turn back to our agreement for resolution. I really like it when everything is spelled out clearly.
3) His crew was simply spectacular. About 20 people came in to tear out my floor (maybe it 18 :) ), and then, when I was ready, about 20 people came in to put in the new floor. Each one of them was not only nice and courteous, but each one of them knew what they were doing. They took great care, and cleaned up after themselves. When I didn't like something for some reason, they fixed it immediately...... Another important note - they didn't cheap out on the glue or anything else...
If you're like me, you question Eric's great reviews - Seems like it's too good to be true... Let me reassure you that I'm a real person, a real customer, and I had no idea who Eric was before I needed new flooring.

The floor that was going to be worked on had three different materials: old/ugly tile, old carpet, and so-so wood. All 1300 square feet were to be demolished and replaced with a beautiful tile. The tile was specially hard to be removed because of the glue that had been used when it was initially installed. The crew did a wonderful job, working extremely hard, and to the littlest detail to make sure it was done in a timely and perfect manner.
