This is my new haven for when Im feeling depleted. Ive tried both the salt room and the PEMF mat and I highly recommend both. Blair has created a peaceful, welcoming sanctuary, and has thought of everything - decor and custom tea and a customizable experience.

I had my first visit here this past Saturday. My experience was incredible - I took the Breathwork, Meditation and Salt session with Blaire. I am new to meditation and breathwork. By the end of our session, I was in tears. I think I really started to release negative energy. Everything about this place just feels good and I cannot wait to go back.
