I specialize in helping humans find the magic within by using various tools such as Yoga and Meditation and Quantum Energy Healing. I am certified in yin and restorative yoga and also offer gentle yoga classes. My classes are designed to help you relax, release stress and regulate your nervous system. My classes ARE NOT workouts, and our goal is not to get fit, though that may naturally happen as we progress. Our goal is to help you come back to YOU and find what works for YOU! Everyone is unique and everyone has different needs. I will assess you and provide the tools I feel will help you on your journey back to self !

I did a remote session, which was just as incredible as I assume an in-person one would have been.
Sydney was very thorough in what I needed to do before my session (turning off my cellphone, laying down, etc). Within minutes I had rapid eye movement, and body twitched, I felt like my body was just relieving itself of years of physical and emotional damage. After that, I felt light and free. Since my session, I have had a clearer mind, better self control and greater ability to understand myself.
I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed by letting Sydney and the universe guide you!!! 10/10!!
