- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain a total of 24 hours of continuing education as required by state law. Since we are a locksmith, alarm company, and access control company we each have 8 hours per discipline of continue education to maintain hour licensing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure your working with a licensed technician and always get a fixed price over the phone. When the technician arrives on site be sure to ask to see the appropriate license issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety. If the technician is unable to provide a valid state issued license then politely tell him your not interested in his services and call the department of public safety to make a complaint.
