Great company, great owner. They came out same day to get my hot tub working, absolute life saver. Max was very personable & articulated the repairs needed in simple terms. Would highly recommend for any pool service needs.

Our spa has not worked for over 3 years. I have had 2 other companies that said the heater was fine but could not really diagnose the problem. Max with Austin Pool Times sen t Tyler out and guess what it was an issue with the heater. I have since changed services to AUSTIN POOL TIMES. They are great and the communication is awesome. I highly recommend them and will look forward to using the spa again on cold winter nights!

It was a great experience working with these guys. Fast communication and scheduling. Friendly people that were ok with answering all my pool and pool leak questions. They did a great job replacing my old skimmer!
