Dining and Living Rooms * Dust ceiling fans * Dust blinds, window sills and entryway doors * Dust and polish furniture * "Klean" baseboards * Empty trash cans * Vacuum and mop floors 4. Bedrooms * Dust and "klean" ceiling fans * Dust and "klean" blinds, window sills and entryway doors * Make beds * Change sheets upon request (please provide clean sheets) * Dust and polish the furniture * Dust picture frames * "Klean" baseboards * Empty trash cans * Vacuum and mop floors Add $5 gas surcharge for every visit. I was really happy with the service that Christal and John provided for our house cleaning. However, I would like to point out a few things. Yes, I understand that time management is a key to success in any business and I think you guys are doing a very good job. Nevertheless, when you move around a stuff from point A to B, you might want to take time to put it back where it was, and if you couldn't do that, you might want to tell someone that you had moved a stuff around. Especially when someone is blind like me. Christal also took time to show me whether bathroom tiles were clean or not by letting me touch after she finished her job, I really appreciated that. Overall, I am willing to give another chance to Keep Austin Clean and would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for an affordable house cleaning. Thank you guys again.

This was 1 1/2 hours of cleaning performed by two cleaners. Overall where they were able to clean was done quite well. The first thing that was disappointing was that due to car issues they were not able to male the original appointment day. I can understand as this happens. What was more disappointing was that when they did make it, the next day, they had left part of their vacuum at the previous client. Due to this they took a bit longer in areas and were not able to do nearly as good of a job as I would expect on the floors and carpet.Not to mention because they were not as efficient without their vacuum they did not get quite as much done as I would have hoped. Now since I had a coupon this was not an expensive cleaning, but considering it was due to their forgetting of equipment I am left with a little less done than hoped. Very nice people though and as said done a good job other than the floors.

I purchased a living social deal from Keep Austin Klean and I wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first time to buy. A couple of things that I observed was the use of man power. In my opinion it shouldn't take two people to clean a small bathroom. That time could have been spent somewhere else. I also don't believe it should have taken 2 people to make my bed. If you're uncertain on how to make a bed in regards to where the Euro pillows go and layout of the pillows I would recommend a class on you tube. Also, I was not impressed with your husbands work. When items are moved from there original location it would be nice to put them back where you got them from and not leave kitchen items on a TV stand. I found several items in the kitchen such as coffee pot, can opener, and container jars that were not wiped down and still had dust on them. I was a bit frustrated that I had to tell your husband to stay out of my office 4 times. The moth ball smell that permeated from the vacuum cleaner was a bit strong but it eventually subsided after airing out my home. Crystal, you were courteous and you used your time wisely. You have excellent time management skills and you are there to get the job done. I recommend giving your husband a checklist of things that need to get cleaned so he doesn't have to stop after every completion to ask you what's next. I appreciate you taking the time to mop the floors but I think checking your husbands work after he vacuumed the floors would be great. I noticed a lot of the grass by the entrance was not vacuumed properly. Crystal, you take a lot of pride in what you do and the products you use and I appreciate that overall I think if you can focus on those things you will have one amazing business.
