We were able to get worked into the scheduled the very next day after contacting. Timely responses with messaging. Reasonable pricing. Showed up on time and did a great job with the first cleaning. I will be scheduling again for future cleanings.

Hired Shooting Star Cleaning to DEEP clean my house last Friday 6/17/16. Maribel asked for $260 for 2 people. It ended up coming to $22.50/hour each because they ONLY worked for 5 hours. That's the time it took my regular cleaning ladies every week to clean my home. Unfortunately, now I know why it only took 5 hours & why she asked me to pay her in CASH👎🏻 I have contacted Maribel since then and asked her if she would please come back & correct the list below BEFORE I rated her on Thumbtack and HouseCall app but I have yet to receive a response so I let her know that I understood she was not interested in being an upstanding business owner and making good on her word. ** IF you decide to hire Maribel and her mother after reading this... Make SURE you go over EVERYTHING she's done before she leaves and don't pay her in cash.... Sadly I find these days such a lack of work ethic & pride. Everyone wants to get paid but no one wants to do the work!? *The lack of "attention to detail"... Especially in this profession was mind boggling to say the least;( INCOMPLETE: - microwave completely forgotten -stainless steel appliances had that greasy cleaner smeared all over them and dirty handles not cleaned -countertops had greasy film all over them & they had missed quite a few areas -main oven cleaned half way and grease and oven spray left all over... Grates were not taken out and cleaned or rinsed either. -Glass was a mess on all 3 ovens and streaked & messy -double stove top cooking flat grill not completed ... Grease all over back of stove all the way across -pot filler on stove backsplash not wiped down - top to flat grill left on counter uncleaned as well as the grates on top -all of kitchen backslashes not wiped down -double oven range hood vent top not cleaned -all but 2 bathrooms had NO hand towel which I specifically asked you to do -none of the tv's dusted or wiped down -couch table in family room not wiped off.. Mess! - glass round table in family room not cleaned -some appliances cleaned in kitchen but not well.. Very sloppy -sink faucets in 4 of the bathrooms not wiped down/cleaned -bathroom downstairs in craft room not cleaned -cabinets in kitchen not wiped down -appliances in cabana NONE were wiped down -long cushions in cabana Not cleaned off like I asked -washer & dryer tops full of dust and detergent not cleaned -bathroom in guest house not swept or mopped -widow panes on door going outside not cleaned that I asked to be done - at least 1/2 baseboards in the house and ALL of guest house not cleaned -beds made very messy... Like my kids would make them!?

My prices are not by the hour but I can customize to your needs. I provide deep cleaning, move-out/in cleanings, standard (basic) cleanings and everything in between.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very flexible with new customers from scheduling cleanings to giving estimates (free). Customers can email me, text and call me at their convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses for 10+ years and I love my job. I am getting trained in every house I encounter because it is a new home.
