It really is tailored to your individual needs - but, we can easily give you a ballpark answer over thumbtack. To get your exact price, call us or go to the booking page on our website. We have 2 pricing options: -Flat-rate cleaning (customer favorite) -Hourly. Our hourly rate is $90/hr, and we can use our standard cleaning checklist, deep cleaning checklist, or whatever list you want, if you have custom needs! Our flat-rate service varies based on what you're looking for, but guarantees a job well-done for a set price ahead of time. Our recurring service discounts (only apply to flat-rate cleanings) are: Monthly: 20% off Tri-Weekly: 22.5% off Bi-Weekly: 25% off Weekly: 30% off The first cleaning is always full price, as your home will require a more thorough cleaning on the first visit. With flat-rate cleanings, we have 2 levels of service: -Standard Cleaning -Luxury Deep Cleaning Our standard cleaning covers all the basics you would get with another cleaning company. Our Luxury Deep Cleaning is the best, most thorough cleaning money can buy. With our flat rate cleanings, you're guaranteed your price ahead of time. We'll get the job done no matter what (provided your home meets the standards covered on our policy page - no water/fire damage, no infestations or hoarder homes, etc.). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make getting a quote fast and simple, and booking even easier. You can get your exact price and/or book a cleaning in under a minute with our online booking form, or call us to book. You can ask any question you want! We're here to help and make things as simple and easy as possible. We'll send you a confirmation email with your booking details, and your credit or debit card will be put on hold 48 hours before the cleaning, but not charged until after the cleaning is completed. We'll then send you a follow up email/text (you can opt out of this at any time) to request your feedback and make sure everything was done to your liking. If you schedule regular service, you'll get the same cleaners every week, and we will notify you if we have to send someone else (cleaner calls out sick, on vacation, etc.). We'll also send you special discount offers if you join our email list!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all our employees and pair them with a Senior Cleaning Tech when they start. All employees begin on a 3 month probationary period to make sure they can meet our stringent cleaning standards.
