- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service you select. No hidden fees — what you see in the quote is what you pay. A travel fee may apply for locations outside of our primary service area, but it's always included in your final estimate. Discounts are available for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly). Special add-on services (e.g., inside oven, fridge, laundry) are available for an additional cost and can be selected as needed. Custom Quote – We provide a transparent, flat-rate quote based on the size and condition of your space. Scheduling – We confirm a convenient date and time that works for you. Service Day – Our professional cleaner(s) arrive fully equipped and ready to work. Walkthrough & Feedback – After cleaning, we check in with you to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Ongoing Support – For recurring cleanings, we help set up a regular schedule that fits your routine. Communication is key — we stay in touch via text or call to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Our team members are professionally trained in residential and commercial cleaning, with a strong focus on: Proper use of cleaning products and equipment Sanitization and disinfection protocols (CDC-compliant) Handling of special surfaces (marble, granite, stainless steel, etc.) Customer service and in-home professionalism We also stay updated on the latest cleaning methods and eco-friendly practices to ensure the best results for our clients.
