Maid Connecter is a go! These guys were very responsive and told me since they were new, they’d come in and do a test clean for me and charge me what they normally wouldn’t. They were very professional and attentive to detail. They were even willing to offer me a refund if I wasn’t satisfied with the work done.

I agreed to have MC come and do a test clean for me a number of weeks ago. So for starters– I hadn’t really recognized Maid Connecter and that raised some suspicion on my end. It was a name I wasn’t familiar with, and I get my house cleaned pretty regularly I’d say. I’d say I’m in the know of a lot of the cleaning companies out there in my area. I spoke with MJ (the owner) to gain a bit more clarity and he told me that they are a fairly new business in the cleaning market and that they were looking to get their first couple cleanings done. He said that he is only the contractor, but he only works with very experienced, background checked cleaners and maids. He said he does it to help them find work since it’s pretty hard for them. He signs them to a contract and sends them out to residents in the Austin Area. I thought that was pretty cool. He offered to send some people out to me to clean my condo for half price, and sure enough, they came in did a great job. I was impressed. Though they’re pretty small at the moment, I wouldn’t be surprised if they became major players down the road. Excellent work!
