She was on Time and responsive but can’t speak English and was tough to communicate with her over google translator.
Also, she and her teammate didn’t do a good job with cleaning, that I had to get someone else to clean it again.
She couldn’t do simple thing of cleaning behind the couches and I had to tell them. They completely missed cleaning the bathroom on the 2nd floor and had to check it and let them know.
They did a terrible job in cleaning back porche as well, that I had to stay for 30 mins plus to show them to remove each and everything and how to clean it

I don't like doing this but you should be more honest! Mention that you told me to clean only one bathroom, the kitchen and the back and front, we didn't expect it to rain and you made me wash the back, that wasn't in the contract that you and I had already being there, you made me do it more work than we agreed on how to clean the whole house! And I know that many cleaners like me are going to read, and I tell you I do not recommend working with this type of person. Thank you!
