Pretty On The Inside is an organic cleaning company based in Austin, TX. We provide eco-safe home cleaning services in the Austin and Bastrop area. The products we use are readily biodegradable, Do not contain chlorine bleach, optical brighteners, synthetic colors, or artificial fragrances. I use plant-based products with 100% essential oils. POTI is a FEMALE DRIVEN business based on integrity and hard work (and fun!!). All work is guaranteed. If you are not happy, we will return and re-do our work FREE of cost. I started this business after working for other peoples' residential leaning companies for over four years. I branched out on my own this year and could not be happier. I enjoyed Ashley's work. I've hired her before and she is a delight. I needed my kitchen cleaned really badly and she made it spotless! The bathroom too. She arrives on time, is friendly, and funny. I will be using her again.

I hired Ashley to clean my house and I am absolutely satisfied. She arrived on time, is pleasant, and does a good job. She was able to get soap scum stains out of my toilet and shower that had been plaguing me for a few months. My floors looked nice too. I will hire her again.

She was on time and some of the house looked good but the floors were streaky and footprints all over. Her vacuum must be going out because where she said she vacuumed we still had dog hair. She did offer to come redo the floors but I needed them to look clean by today. Hopefully the next person will have better luck than I.

I charge a flat rate of $20/hour. no hidden fees or costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before taking on a client, I give them a quote based on the size of their home. Once a cleaner arrives at the home, the original quote can vary due to actual size of the home, amount of cleaning, and any additional deep cleaning/requests from the client. Before cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Ashley the owner of POTIC, have been in residential cleaning for several years. I also have a degree in Human Services. I started cleaning in college. I loved it so much that I continued after graduation!
