FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our team is always open to discussing pricing and finding a solution that fits within our clients' budget. For us is not getting as many clients as we can to a certain standard to charge them less of a price or charge a lot less. And we do charge more than other cleaning companies normally charge because our standards are so much higher. We know that we deliver one of the best cleanings, and we charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial / First Time Cleaning is always more detailed cleaning (it’s our introducing to your house) We prefer to start with extensive cleaning to bring the home up to your and our standards. Every house is different and every family has their lifestyle. Time may vary due to these and other factors such as pets in the house, stuff around, and the number of most used rooms or areas. We prefer to negotiate and confirm cleaning actions/price for recurring services, and give a more accurate cleaning time during our first cleaning session. We always take into account your preferences and priorities before starting our job. We do understand if you don't want to spend your cleaning budget on rooms that you never use. We understand that communication is key to a successful cleaning service, and we are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our customer service policies prioritize your satisfaction, and we will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. We value your time and understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, we will work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule. Additionally, we offer discounts and promotions for regular or recurring cleaning services, so you can save money while keeping your home clean and tidy.
