Very professional. Service was great and they cleaned impeccably! Price quote was lower than what it cost so that wasn't completely in tune with our expectation. But process was smooth and proactive and women were friendly and worked very hard and clean amazingly. Would use them again and be clearer about needs and cost. Great service.

Marisel's team did an excellent job for my house (move-out service). We lived there 8 years with 2 kids. After the cleaning, I can't say it's spotless but it's definitely as clean as anyone can get it. We will definitely consider using Trustworthy cleaning service again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide pricing based on your specific needs and the time that it will take to clean your space. Depending on the time needed to fully address your home, we can customize a price that's right for you. To hold the appointment we need to have a credit card on file. Last minute cancellations carry a fee of $40.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a final walk through when we arrive and confirm our estimate with our customers. Our manager will call you to confirm any priorities you have for the cleaning and if you agree we will charge the credit card on file.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees go through several weeks of training and must pass a test to verify skills learned.
