- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific repair needed rather than a one-size-fits-all price. After evaluating the foundation, we provide a detailed proposal explaining the recommended work and cost. We offer financing options for qualified customers and occasionally offer seasonal or project-specific discounts. There are no hidden charges—the scope and pricing are clearly outlined before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed foundation evaluation, including elevation measurements and an inspection of the home for signs of movement. We then explain our findings and whether repair is actually necessary. If repairs are recommended, we provide a detailed proposal and foundation plan. Once approved, our in-house crews complete the work, make the necessary elevation adjustments, clean up the work areas, and walk the completed project with the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team specializes in foundation repair and has extensive hands-on experience with slab and pier-and-beam foundations throughout Central Texas. Our inspectors and crews are trained to identify foundation movement, understand elevation data, recognize drainage and plumbing-related issues, and recommend appropriate repair methods. When engineering is required, we also work with independent licensed structural engineers.
