- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and scope of our client's project. We prefer to give one set price for the entire project. On smaller projects we prefer to charge hourly, this was the client can chose his/her pace and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to consult with our clients first and get a better feel for their design needs. After the consultation, we create a design board full of ideas and inspiration, to show our potential client their ideas on paper and the direction we can take their space.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
James Matthew Design works with all different types of people. Everyone deserves the space they've always wanted and we're here to provide that.
