- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system in place for all of our services provided. There are too many service models to list but for example. Our junk removal is charged by the 1/4 load at a set price. This ensures your only getting charged for the amount of volume your junk takes up. It's easy for all involved to see and feel good about it. Most of our services have pricing the same way. Window cleaning is a set rate per window, Picture hanging is a set rate per picture unless it's larger that 4ft by 4ft. Cabling drops are a set price etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's as easy as an email, text or phone call to start a bid. You give me the details of what you need done. I quote you a price. We schedule a date and time for the service. It's that easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15 years management experience with products and services in a corporate environment.
