- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not at this time. I pride myself on offering a quote tailored specifically to each customers needs no matter how big or small the project might be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired 17 year Fire Officer from a local Central Texas Fire Department. I have had years of experience moving large amounts of material after fires. I have years of interacting with customers in the most stressful situations. The 2005 Customer Service Award I received in that organization gives testament to the successes I had in that area. I have owned several small companies and have been involved at various times throughout my professional life in salvage, junk removal and material handling.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love of all things junk related was born when my Dad would have me climb into dumpsters to throw the 'good stuff' out to him! Haha!
