- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial 30 minute phone consultation is free. For clients who retain me the hourly rate is $400/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new client will call the office and schedule a free 30 minute phone consultation. After scheduling the phone consultation they will receive an email with a consultation form to provide some background information. At the time of the consultation I will call them and we will discuss the issues in their case and their available options. At the end of the consultation I will advise the client on what I believe is the best course of action and, if appropriate, quote a retainer (an advance deposit to begin working on the case).

I have practiced family law for over two decades and am board certified in family law.
