- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I normally do when working with a new customer, is that I set up an appointment with the customer. Once the appointment is scheduled. I let my customers explain to me what they are looking for in their landscaping project. As soon as I know 100% what my customer wants, I send them a quote with a price by the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in this field of work since I was sixteen years old. I started mowing lawns with my uncles. I have worked for 3 Landscaping companies and I am currently working at a company. I have 5 years of experience in landscaping.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work back in 2012, when I moved to Austin, TX. I was a freshman in high school and I was new to the state. I started working with my uncles, who own thier own landscaping company. Every weekend I would go help them out, where I learned more and more about the work and gained the skills to become a professional landscaper. In 2013 I started working at my first landscaping company called Landscape Resources Inc. I only worked there full time for summer vacation since I was still attending high school. I currently work at Clean Scapes Landscaping which one of the top landscaping companies in central Texas. I decided to start doing my own projects this year and tend to grow my business by gaining more corporate and institutional clients. I'm also currently in college majoring in Business where I will gain the skills on how to manage my business and get better results.
