Jose is not a handyman and should not be hired as one. He committed to work he clearly wasn’t qualified to do, costing us valuable time and money. After taking on the job and receiving a large portion of the payment, he disappeared—leaving most of the work unfinished. When I asked why he didn’t come back to complete the job, he said he preferred to focus on clients he’s worked with for a long time. I had to hire someone else to fix his poor work and finish the project, which meant paying twice and losing over a week. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
