- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I attempt to tailor my hourly rate to the Client and their specific requirements and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer an initial 30 minute telephone consult, at no charge, to establish the scope of the issues and learn more about the Client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although my training has been mostly informal, it has been heavily invested in professional mentoring, youth coaching, arbitration, negotiation and mediation as well participation in a variety of counseling experiences including Anger Management, Individual Counseling and Couples Counseling.
