- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our normal pricing structure is $79.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. We do not charge a travel for jobs located in the Austin Tx area. We also offer a special pricing structure that is unbeatable. If you commit to a three hour minimum our rate will be $74.00, if you commit to a four hour minimum our rate would be $69.00 per hour and so on and so forth. We have this pricing structured for any size move.We also offer FREE on-site estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically give an in-depth initial consultation whether that be on-site or over the phone. During the consultation we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding your particular move, our services, and the options in your up-coming relocation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have spent years in the field in both the local and long distance settings. We have also mentored under other companies and major Van Lines to hone our craft. These mentor programs include instruction on state and local laws and regulations concerning the relocation industry, packing and loading techniques, proper attire and conduct, and complicated assembly and disassembly scenarios including office spacing. We handle some of the most intricate moves in town!
