- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is very simple. We know that wedding planning can be a production, so we offer advice & consultations for free. All pricing is easily found on our website too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome questions! All consultations are free, and we hope you will call us directly to ask questions. Emails & texts are fine too. It's all about availability, everything else flows from there. Booking is usually done by phone or online when you are ready to reserve the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe in always staying abreast of the latest products, techniques & styles within the beauty industry. As beauty instructors we have expertise in the new looks as well as the tried & true classics.
