I had Glam.by.Palak complete hair and makeup for my daughter on her wedding day, and for all her bridesmaids. Palak was timely with communication before the event, and exceeded expectations. I found Palak through thumbtack and was made to feel very comfortable with how quickly and professionally she responded. We moved forward and hired her to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I had a morning ceremony at church and again in the evening for a more "glam" ceremony for friends. Palak and her team did not disappoint. We started with two different trial looks, as I did want two different looks for each of the ceremonies. I was very pleased with the outcomes and Palak was very open to what I wanted, and loved how she used her creativity and experience to cater to what I wanted. Palak was extremely responsive throughout the entire time up to the wedding day. Her team also assisted on the wedding day and did such a great job. My husband even peaked into the room in the evening to tell her just how much he loved how the eyes were "pow" when he saw me first the first time at the altar. I received so many compliments for both my looks and I felt beautiful. Palak and her team are 1st class and highly recommend them. Top-notch professionalism, friendly, experienced and punctual. They showed up to both my preparations on time and ready to get to business! Such a great experience, that I know when I have formal events, I will be calling them to doll me up again. If you are on the fence, give them a shot....you won't regret it.
