I've been working with Ren for three years because I was having back and shoulder issues. She has a way of listening to your body and taking feedback from it that guides her to finding your trigger points and applying just the right amount of pressure. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the body and the mind and she incorporates many techniques that relax you under her magical touch.
