- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All grooming requires a trip charge of $35. Unless it is out of our normal area, this may cost more. All pricing is estimated. Final price given at the time of service. State and local sales tax is applicable. Gratuity is not required though it is greatly appreciated. Typically speaking, an average ticket price is around the $200 price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients should fill out the "New Client Form" With that information we can give an estimate and answer any questions before booking your pups' appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Aimee, became a dog groomer after attending the Paragon School of Pet Grooming and receiving certification in the early 2000's. Over the years, I built a small dog grooming business with my husband and co-managed Clean Critters of Austin with him for over 14 years.
