- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My grooming prices are based on weight, not breed. The full service grooming includes, hair cut, bath, nail trim and ear cleaning. Small dogs up to 25 lbs are $45, 26-50 lbs is $55, 51-75 lbs is $70, 76-100 lbs is $85, 100 lbs + is $110. Pet sitting prices vary based on location, the number of visits, medications and walks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my new pet sitting, boarding and doggie daycare clients, I offer a consultation or meet-and-greet free of charge so we can all get to know one another before diving in, so to speak. My priority is the wellbeing of your pet and talking about any health concerns is important so I make sure they get the best care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a veterinary technician for nearly 8 years working in all facets of small animal emergency and clinic care. I have been certified as a veterinary assistant, and have been a professional pet groomer since 2011.
