FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to discussing ways we can make each project fit your budget. My residential minimum is $1200, and each project total includes: Concept consultation and design (includes up to 2 revisions)- $400-$1000+ Painting/Installation- Prices set per sq.ft. based on level of detail, residential vs. commercial, and site difficulty Site/Prep/Materials- Price is based on scope of work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll contact you to go over your project details and make sure that we are a good fit. This initial 10-15min consultation is free of charge. If our schedules and expectations align, I'll send you a preliminary estimate. With half this estimate down, your project is booked. This portion will be used to cover concept consultation, design, and sourcing materials and is nonrefundable. Next, we'll get down to the fun part- design! I'll visit the site to grab measurements and talk details. We'll collaborate using inspiration pictures to come up with a general idea, and then I'll get to work creating your personalized mood board and design mockup. Up to 2 revisions are covered in the estimated price, and further revisions will have an additional fee. (Please note: if there is an ai generated design that you like, I will still need to translate it into something that can be physically painted, so the design and consultation fee will still apply) Finally, I will follow up with you the week of our project to confirm that we are still good to go. I'll set up, prep, paint, and send pictures of the progress. When the project is done, the final remaining balance is paid, and you get to enjoy your newly transformed space!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been fascinated by the psychology and neuroscience behind how color and design can alter, shape, and impact the mood and experience of a space since I was a teenager. As a young adult, when I couldn't afford to buy the paintings or wallpaper that I wanted, I picked up a brush and found a way to surround myself with the beauty that I craved. I bring this understanding of the emotional, social, financial, and mental value of art to each of my projects.
