If you’re looking for a thoughtful, high-quality mural or portrait, I’d love to work with you. Art has always been a part of my life—something passed down from both my parents. In fact, Fleming Studios was the name of my dad’s business for many years, and it feels meaningful to carry that name forward.
My style is versatile—sometimes bright and
playful, sometimes soft and simple—depending on what the space or story calls for. I’ve been painting professionally for over 20 years, and my goal is always to create something that reflects your vision. I try to keep the process easy, collaborative, and flexible when it comes to budget and schedule.
Most of my murals are in San Francisco but my first mural was in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My clients include: Safeway, Green Apple Books, Google, San Francisco Arts Commission, Grocery Outlet, Trader Joe’s, The Mural Music and Arts Project, UC Davis Calfresh as well as several private clients in the Bay Area.

🎨 Mural Pricing & Process
Every mural is a custom collaboration—tailored to your space, your story, and your style. Here’s what to expect when working together:
🏡 Base Pricing
* Indoor murals start at $1,750
* Outdoor murals start at $2,500
(Includes weatherproofing, sealing, and extra prep as needed)
📏 Rate by Square Foot
Pricing typically ranges from $20–$40 per square foot, depending on:
* Design complexity and level of detail
* Surface texture (e.g., drywall vs. rough brick or stucco)
* Wall height & access (if scaffolding or lift is needed)
💡 Sketches & Concepts
* The first two sketches are included with your deposit
* Additional renderings or revisions: $100 each
🛠️ Additional Costs
* Equipment rental, such as scaffolding or lifts, will be included if needed
* Travel fees may apply for projects outside the local area
* Surface sealing or prep work is quoted based on wall condition
💵 Payment Schedule
* A 20% deposit is due upon contract signing to reserve your spot and begin design
* The remaining balance is due upon mural completion
⏳ Timeline
Most murals take between 1–3 weeks to complete, depending on:
* Size and complexity
* Indoor/outdoor location
* Weather and drying time (for outdoor murals)
