Introduction: As an experienced nutritionist and personal chef, meal prepping for my clients often looks like batch cooking meals from scratch that can easily be warmed in the oven when ready to eat. This can be all dinners, all lunches, or a variety based on your needs. This often includes me doing the recipe development, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning. I can also tailor your meals to meet any nutritional goals you may have.
My approach is balanced and focused on adding the right foods to an existing diet, creating a sustainable meal plan. "Balanced” is a term I use with a few different meanings in mind. The first being balanced meals, meaning healthy ratios of fats, carbs, proteins, fiber, and micronutrients in each meal, every day. To me, balanced also means fitting easily into your lifestyle, allowing enough wiggle room to enjoy the treats you love, and still reaching for your end goal. There is no such thing as "breaking your diet" with a balanced meal plan.
