Introduction: A little bit about me: I am an experienced nutritionist with a deep understanding of personal growth and development. My nutritional journey began when I transformed my own life, after years of trend dieting, and failed regimens, I started researching and implementing a plan that truly works. I was able to lose 50 pounds, improve my relationship with food, and see many benefits from my new healthy lifestyle. Now, I work closely with men and women who are looking for guidance in improving health, managing health conditions, reaching weight goals, and regulating diet. My approach is based around a balanced diet that focuses on adding in the right foods, rather than being too restrictive with the foods you enjoy. "Balanced" is a term I use with a few different meanings in mind. The first being balanced meals, meaning healthy ratios of fats, carbs, proteins, fiber, and micronutrients in each meal, every day. To me, balanced also means fitting easily into your lifestyle, allowing enough wiggle room to enjoy the treats you love, and still reaching for your end goal. There is no such thing as "breaking your diet" with a balanced meal plan. 100% Personalized Meal Plans Our first consultation includes an in-depth evaluation to create a highly tailored Nutrition Prescription based on your individual goals. After your first consultation, we work together to customize your first weekly plan to suit your taste. You will receive weekly meal plans that come with customizable recipes, and regular check-ins with me to update your progress as we go. Included with your meal plan: •30 minute Initial Consultation- We speak on the phone about your current habits, your goals, a timeline, and your specific needs •20 Minute review and editing- We work together during this time to swap out recipes, include and exclude foods, and make adjustments as needed •Personalized recipes for each day of the week, and a detailed prep guide to make meal planning easy •A grocery list based on your meals for the week that you can easily print, download, or take with you on your phone •Complete calories, macronutrient and micronutrient information, to provide you with knowledge and expertise •Regular communication with me, including check ins, updates to your plan, and new consultations as needed, to create a roadmap to your success Pricing: First consultation- $100 (includes first meal plan) Weekly or bi-weekly Meal Plans- $30/wk Many clients report that without custom meal plans, it would be challenging for them to reach their goals. Success comes from being prepared, having a plan, and receiving support in the follow-through. Your nutritionist is here to walk you through the process, and provide you with the tools you need to reach your goals. I originally reached out to Skylar needing guidance nutritionally. I've always been the gym rat type but eating the same Chicken, Asparagus and rice was getting old, fast. I needed variety!! Thankfully I did reach out as it lead to spending nearly 45 min on the phone with her talking about my physical job and managing this with workouts, recovery, food alternatives (in a pinch too). Since working with Skylar my energy levels during the day have stayed up as my body weight has gone down.

Skylar was so personal to me and would answer my questions in a timely manner! I've had other nutritionist just send me a plan and wrote me off but Skylar was there along the process. Super happy with the meal plan and it's so delicious!!

Skylar was such a pleasure to work with! She really loves nutrition and it shines through in her work. She is always happy to pick up the phone and answer any questions that I have. The nutritional information that she gave me was thorough and extremely helpful in my day today life. The meal plan that she gave me made shopping so easy! What also made it manageable for me was that she recommended foods that are available to me locally and still have the same nutritional value as some foods that I was unable to obtain in my town. I highly recommend Skylar! I will be a return client again and again.
