My professional background are both, occupational therapy ( 19 years) and owner of an import/export retail business ( Ana Brasil Store - for 6 years ). I began organizing Homes professionally for almost 4 years ago.I started organizing houses and helping packing and unpacking for friends that suggested me to started a business because they love the results of my work. I then became a Member of National Association of Professional Organizers ( NAPO ). I am certify by IAP International Association of Professions Career College as Professional Organizer. I being organizing homes professionally for 3 years now. I put emphasis on being effective, reliable, creative – and most of all – making sure the customer is happy with the results. I love helping people. Seeing their smile when I finish a job is the best part of my day. There's nothing more rewarding than to see my clients happy and ready for their new, organized life. I know I have made a great diference in someone's life, and this feeling is gratifying.

Ana and her assistant are incredible. They packed the contents of my entire apartment and (after I moved) were able to unpack and organize everything into my new place. Her work definitely set me up for success and took away all the stress of moving.

I absolutely love Ana. She and her team are incredible. At first, I thought I would only need help with move packing. I was anxious about the whole ordeal. I actually tried packing myself, mind you it wasn't much, just a 850 sq ft condo. But when I tried to start, I would always end up overwhelmed. Posting this on thumbtack was literally a lifesaver. I met Ana, who came, with all supplies in tow. She and her assistant Clay packed up my condo in 1 day. I thought I would enjoy unpacking...Again found it overwhelming trying to juggle that with my demanding job. Enter Ana, yet again, this time with organization services. She turned my place into a well organized, well functioning, home edit-Esque haven. Drawer separaters: never knew they existed. Containers for my pantry, genius! Clear boxes for my vanity drawers, what? The lady is simply amazing. She was so incredibly pleasant to work with, and helped make our new home, a well oiled machine where everything has a place. I would absolutely recommend Ana to anyone looking for packing/unpacking/organization services.

Three days before our move, Ana came in and saved our sanity! She was incredibly positive, warm, effective, professional...our move would not have happened without her. I hired Ana 3 times to sort and pack my home prior to moving. Ana did an outstanding job! It is difficult enough to move but Ana's help to sort items, get rid of things and then wrap and pack them, made the process so much easier. I don't know how I could have done it all without her help. I would highly recommend Ana for any organization or packing project. She and her assistant are so nice to work with. She is a person high integrity and does excellent work. Thank you Ana!!

Ana and her assistant arrived on time and brought extra supplies with them. They got to work right away and was very professional and pleasant to work with. They packed up my apartment in six hours and did an excellent job. I would recommend Ana with no hesitation. Thank you Ana!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. After first contact we provide a Free Assessment of the space to be worked and decided about rates, duration and when to start the project. 2 .I like to start as early as the client fell comfortable in the day . I usually bring some boxes with my tools, clean products and some organization products (containers, hangers, boxes etc…) 3. We start taking everything out of “shelves” to be able to selected items that for some reason may be move or discharged. We do not eliminate anything without the client's consent. 4. Clean area 5. Start the process to put back all items in a practical/organized way. 6. We take all the items discharged to charity places, as client desires. 7. We give a tour on worked area, explain what was done and show organize products if we used. 8. If client is complete satisfy, we fell happy and our project is completed. 9.We have maintenance programs available after a project is done.
