What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions about the job. If I can't do a job, I will not tell you that I can. There is no point in lying to a customer, the evidence will be in the work. Also, I try to help the customer understand the repair, so that they may do it in the future.
