Once we connect, we’ll schedule a convenient time for a thorough roof inspection and prepare an estimate. If you’re paying out of pocket, we proceed based on the estimate provided. For these cases, I require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project. If we’re working through insurance, the process is slightly different. In these cases, I work directly from the insurance estimate and ensure all work is done according to the requirements set by your insurer. This approach guarantees compliance with industry standards and helps maintain the insurability of your home. Throughout the process, my goal is to ensure transparency, quality, and client satisfaction in every project.
