- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are free! I charge $60/hour which includes the time I spend researching products (when applicable), designing a layout for organizing your space, and donation runs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to discuss what type of organization you are looking for and determine if it's a good fit. We then schedule a consultation in which I will come to your space and form a game plan as well as determine if any purchases need to be made before the organizing session. At the time of the in-home consultation, a date will be scheduled for the organizing session. The rest is magic!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning and organizing since I could stand! I have worked in the service industry in various capacities for the last 16 years. In that time, I have always taken on jobs for supplemental income doing housekeeping, personal cheffing, babysitting, and everything in between. I have always enjoyed doing domestic jobs and being a part of making other's lives easier in any way that I can. It comes very naturally to me to spend time in another's home and offer a calming presence and sense of ease while offering my services.
