What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to discuss you needs and goals. From there we schedule a walk through or virtual consultation in which I will go through every detail of your space with you and create a design & product proposal. At the time of the in-home consultation, a date will be scheduled for the organizing session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of experience in customer service. I am constantly working to further educate myself and expand upon my skill sets in my field. Organizing is my passion in life so I am always reading up on new developments, products and research in our industry. My clients are and will always be my greatest teachers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent almost two decades working in the service industry and doing domestic jobs and gig work before I settled into starting my professional organizing business. It has been the best decision I ever made and I love what I do!
