Cameron is a GREAT fitness trainer. My training sessions with him have always felt tailored to me and where I am in my fitness abilities. I started with no prior workout experience and he did a great job of curating workouts that helped me build endurance and muscle without exceeding my capabilities. Each workout pushed me just enough to leave me feeling empowered and strong. He is very personable and I have full faith he could make friends with anyone. We’ll usually chat during our workout sessions which helps keep the energy up. With his help I’ve seen incredible progress in myself in the 10 weeks we’ve been working together so far. I definitely recommend Cameron to anyone looking to start taking their health and fitness seriously.

For 3 years I have invested in coaching/personal training sessions from Cam. The entire time he has supported my fitness goals while working remotely. Providing me with effective, dynamic workouts that I can do on my own schedule around my family & work commitments. I love the fact that he does all of the planning for me! I'm provided with personalized, full body, challenging workouts from mobility work to a burning finisher. Some as long as 60 min or short 20 min - indoors or out, home and gym. Incorporating a variety of equipment like barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, band & body weight. Cam is a dedicated trainer, consistently providing me encouragement & coaching tips via text or email. I've sent short video samples of a specific movement & he provides cues to improve form. I feel confident in the gym even if he's coaching remotely. It's been incredibly rewarding working with him. I highly recommend anyone looking for a thoughtful, well-educated trainer to reach out to Cam. Guarantee you'll get sweaty & gain muscle!

Cam is by far the best and most knowledgeable trainer I've ever worked with. I have and the best results of my life while working with him and I have also had the best time working with him! He is always sure to explain why I should be doing something in a way that makes sense to me and I'm able to understand. He is the most supportive and encouraging but also knows when tough love is needed and how to give that. I can ask him any question and he will always either have an answer for me immediately or he will go and find an answer for me. He's always looking to expand his knowledge, expertise, and experience and it always trying to progress himself in the field. Training with Cam has completely changed my life and lifestyle and has been a super positive impact on me and my family as well!

I can’t say enough great things about training with Cam. He for sure knows his stuff technically and has helped me get stronger than I thought was possible, but that’s not even what makes him so great. I’ve trained with Cam for almost 3 years because I know he is just as invested in my health and well being as I am. Cam quickly figures out what I need from him in each session - whether it’s to be challenged, motivated, encouraged or simply reminded that sometimes I need to give myself a break - and he is right there just being incredibly supportive (and adding extra reps to every set!). I feel so proud of myself after each session & like I can do anything in the world and I know that’s important to him. Then on top of all that, he’s super responsive, accommodating with scheduling and just fun to train with. I’ll be his client as long as he’ll let me.
