The most common jobs that I do for clients is helping them to lose weight, lose body fat, and a increase in lean muscle. The methodology I use for helping them to achieve their goals is a combination of light functional resistance weight training, including dumbbells, an exercise ball, floor mat, and cardio. Along with the actual workouts that I have the client do, there are times when education plays a vital role to help the client. As in the fields of proper nutrition, which is a major weight loss and health contributor, as is balance and flexibility training. I attempt to give each client the tools and knowledge to make Health and Fitness a life long priority for them and their loved ones.
