There are two things that are crucial for me to find in a trainer. I want someone who will push me to get results while at the same time making the workouts enjoyable enough to stay with it. David does both! David is serious about the workouts. He customizes the exercises for the individual and increases intensity as strength increases. He is careful to prevent injuries while pushing to get the most out of you. All along he’s helping the hour pass with his light-hearted attitude and great sense of humor. I started with David a year ago in April. We exercise twice a week and since beginning with him I have seen a noticeable improvement in my strength, agility, and measurements. I couldn’t recommend David more!

I've been very happy working with David. He is reliable, turns up early, stays in contact, stays positive, and most important, develops a terrific, adjustable exercise program based on individual goals, injury history, and any limitations. Combining that with nutritional guidance has been truly helpful.

David is just like what all the reviews say. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and makes you laugh to keep your mind off the workout your body is getting! I have more strength and flexibility in just 3 weeks than I have had all year. I can't wait to see what happens after more workouts.

My Wife and I train with David. Great experience. He is always on time, very personable, explains each exercise in simple terms and customizes the workout to suit our individual needs. What could he do better? Stop flirting with our bronze statues and focus more on us :-) Lol!! Just kidding. David is great!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The most common jobs that I do for clients is helping them to lose weight, lose body fat, and a increase in lean muscle. The methodology I use for helping them to achieve their goals is a combination of light functional resistance weight training, including dumbbells, an exercise ball, floor mat, and cardio. Along with the actual workouts that I have the client do, there are times when education plays a vital role to help the client. As in the fields of proper nutrition, which is a major weight loss and health contributor, as is balance and flexibility training. I attempt to give each client the tools and knowledge to make Health and Fitness a life long priority for them and their loved ones.
