Introduction: We stand out from others because we create individual training programs for each client based on their needs, goals, injuries, etc. We do not use canned workouts for everyone across the board. You'll never see a "Workout Of The Day," at Power Performance Training. I like helping people feel pain-free. I like fixing people's injuries. I like helping people surpass their goals. I like having a client smile from 30 minutes of training with me after they originally arrived with a frown.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Mike for well over a year. I learned so much from him and gained so much muscle thanks to him! I am doing my first fitness competition and Mike has given me the tools and resources to feel like I can successfully compete and place. He has an impressive educational background from The University of Texas at Austin, years of experience, and one can always find him reading up on the latest research. If you train hard with him, he might just let you bump your favorite music over the speakers! :)
