Chris was willing to work with my crazy schedule and was also willing to come to my apartment gym and help me train on equipment that I have access to everyday (but don't really know how to utilize just yet). He's super positive and professional which makes for a great personal trainer in my books!

I work with a lot of trainers back home in and Chris is the best. He worked me productively and intensely, building my core, endurance and muscles. I sweated and felt great. I was only in town for one evening and one day and Chris was very flexible with meeting me late in the evening and then the following morning. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Chris goes above and beyond for his clients. He always pushes me, and he makes sure that I give 150%. He is very understanding of what my goals are, and the workouts he provides definitely is making an impact to my body. Not only is he a great trainer, but he is understanding of people's work/life schedule. Every day when I wake up, I feel more energetic ever since I started working out with Chris. I highly recommend him!
