- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first Fitness consultation is free! Everything described above you will get regardless of continuing to train with me or not. I offer discounted rates for referrals, discounted cardio sessions to keep your cardio tip top, & provide challenges for my clients to compete for free sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, making sure a physician cleared the customer to partake in strenuous physical activity. We then dive into what being healthy means for the client & deeper to the root of the goals they’ve set. We do a body assessment to check for muscle imbalances and/or postural compensations, as well as take body measurements such as inches weight & body fat %. We talk about program design based off the clients availability to workout & nutrition habits and how to build the right ones.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 certifications, NESTA & WITS as well as CPR/AED & basic water rescue certified. I also have an associates in Kinesiology & BA in Exercise Sports & Science with an emphasis on Pre-Physical Therapy. I’ve worked in Physical Therapy clinics and have logged over 300 observation hours with therapists.
